The classes are a variety of Vinyasa Yoga , Hatha Yoga , Yin and Restorative Yoga and Chair yoga. Yoga classes are in Bedford  Bedfordshire. 

My classes are perfect for beginners and returners and mature nervous students are my speciality  so get in touch my love and lets Yoga together!
