I'm Sarah the founder of Sarah Harnan Yoga .

I teach  Yoga classes in Bedford, suitable  for all  with an emphasis on not just the physical side but the spiritual and philosophical side too. Yoga has changed and enhanced my life and I love to share the joy of Yoga with everyone in classes , workshops and women's circles.

I  am  also a qualified Astrologer and offer Astrology readings for the curious amongst us.

classes s are a variety of Vinyasa Yoga , Hatha Yoga , Yin and Restorative Yoga and Chair yoga. Yoga classes are in Bedford  Bedfordshire.
