What to expect in my yoga class !

 

 

My classes are varied and often themed around a topic of yoga .

We normally start with settling on the mat where we check in with our bodies and minds ..  then a gentle warm up ,
prāṇāyāma (breathing practice) then perhaps more   āsana (poses) but all are taken at your pace and with your individuality at the heart of the class.

We may end with trying a chant that I am learning or perhaps relax quietly onto the mat.

Everything is an invitation.
