Each circle is differently themed from astrology to spirituality to elements of nature and beyond .
No experience is needed and you are free to be yourself .
The container of time may  feature a sharing circle, gentle nourishing Yoga, breathwork
Vedic chanting 
Reiki savasana
Tibetan bowls
Tea & snacks with chats

 Everything is optional - this is a space to be nourished and held by other beautiful women.
